Escentric 02 by Escentric Molecules Cologne. Escentric 02 was released in 2008 as part of a series of scents based on laboratory created scent molecules. The main ingredient in this fragrance is Ambroxan, an artificially created fragrance very similar to ambergris, with a smooth, creamy warmth. This fragrance also contains other molecules that mimic more familiar scents such as musk, iris and green jasmine. The opening notes are crisp and citrusy, with a whiff of lemon and elderflower and orris. The dry-down is slightly powdery with a woody note. This fragrance unfolds slowly and lasts from day into evening. Marketed as a unisex fragrance, it is designed to interact with each wearer’s body chemistry to create a unique, signature fragrance.

Escentric Molecules uses created molecules to mimic the scents of nature.
