Delivery Details
At Merci. am, we value our customers' time and convenience. For those in Yerevan, we offer same-day delivery if the order is placed before 7:00 PM. If you prefer to receive your products via post, we ensure safe packaging and delivery within 2-4 working days.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you need to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item is still in its factory-sealed condition.
